"Imam Khomeini and Quds Day" conference held in Kabul

Numerous Afghan people gathered together at Tebyan Cultural Center in Kabul to review Imam Khomeini's teachings about the Islamic World and Holy Quds in a meeting.
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Numerous Afghan people gathered together at Tebyan Cultural Center in Kabul to review Imam Khomeini's teachings about the Islamic World and Holy Quds in a meeting.
According to a Thursday report, so many people attended the "Imam Khomeini and Quds Day; Goals and Achievements" conference that all the chairs were full and the people were sitting on the ground and the stairs so that they can somehow support the people of Palestine.
In the past week, some conferences were held in Afghanistan to review Imam Khomeini's suggestions and teaching regarding the Holy Quds.
The speakers of the events said that the only way for the Muslim world for solving problems is unity. Practicing double-standards by the US in issues like human rights in the occupied lands was also among the issues that were discussed in the speeches.
A special point about the event was participation of numerous women and young girls; they carried symbols of Palestine.
Another event will be held on Thursday evening on Continental Hotel in Kabul to commemorate people of Palestine. Such ceremonies will also be held alongside Friday prayers in Kabul mosques.
