Pope Francis voices condolences over Iran's deadly flood

In the message, Pope deeply sympathized with the family of the victims and those who suffer huge loses due to devastating flood in Iran.
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of the Vatican City State Pope Francis in a message cabled on Wednesday expressed condolences over deadly floods claiming lives of 19 and injuring over 100 civilians in Iran.
Pope's message was sent by Vatican's Prime Minister Pietro Parolin via telegram on Wednesday.
In the message, Pope deeply sympathized with the family of the victims and those who suffer huge loses due to devastating flood in Iran.
Pope also prayed for all aid workers and dedicated rescue teams who are engaged in relief operations.
Iran was hit by huge waves of floods nationwide resulting to huge calamities in recent days.
Based on the latest reports some 19 people have been killed and some 105 others have been injured.
Some 17 cities and over 600 villages have been affected by the devastating flood.
