Despite the fact that Shia Muslim scholars and leaders are under threat from terrorists, the government and police have withdrawn their security details.
Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari and several other high-profile Shia scholars and leaders are now denied security details.
Allama Mukhtar Imami of MWM said that government must not deal with the situation hypocritically. He said that non-deserving people should not be given security details but those who are really under threat must be provided security details.
Takfiri terrorists of banned outfits continue to target Shia Muslims hence they and their leaders deserve security details.
