Two IRGC forces martyred in clashes with terrorist forces in Saravan

Two service members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force's Quds base lost their lives in clashes with terrorists in Saravan region, southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Two service members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force's Quds base lost their lives in clashes with terrorists in Saravan region, southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.
According to the Quds base's public relations office in its statement, on early hours of Saturday, the two IRGC forces were martyred in Keshtegan region of Safavan by terrorists and two others were also wounded.
One of the martyrs was an IRGC Ground Force commando from the city of Kermanshah, and the other was a local member of the Basij force.
The incident came days after the IRGC servicemen base disbanded a team of terrorists in West Azerbaijan province, near the border with Turkey; two IRGC servicemen lost their lives during the operation as well.
The IRGC is tasked with protecting the country’s northwestern and southeastern borders.
