VETERAN ANALYST ASSERTS PAKISTAN CAN NEVER SUPPORT TERRORISM IN IRAN

A senior Pakistani analyst Javed Siddiq has asserted that people and the government of Pakistan will never ever support terrorism in brotherly country of Iran.
Islamabad-based resident editor of daily Nawa-e-Waqt said that terrorism in any shape or any form is condemnable.
He was commenting on a recent terrorist attack in Iran's southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan which borders Pakistan.
Siddiq said: 'This is very unfortunate that in the Islamic world phenomenon of terrorism has been on the rise for quite some time and innocent citizens and officials are being killed in these acts of terrorism.'
“Nobody world ever support this kind of terrorism,” he said.
The journalist believed that 'of course Pakistan should take strict measures on its common borders with Iran to deter terrorists.'
He added that Pakistan has already taken strong measures to ensure security on Iran-Pak border and they have been meeting regularly in this regards.
Siddiq further noted that Pakistan’s Army Chief visited Iran sometimes back and Foreign Minister of Iran has been coming to Pakistan to strengthen bilateral relations and also to strengthen cooperation as far as the security issues are concerned.
Javed Siddiq said obviously there is no doubt that Pakistan is taking steps on border security and has setup a fence on Pak-Afghan border and is also taking measure to strengthen security apparatus on Iran-Pak border.
Earlier Pakistan strongly condemned the terrorist attack and its Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal in his tweet message said that Pakistan is shocked and grieved to hear about the suicide attack on IRGC bus near Zahedan, in which many lives were lost.
