ALLAMA RAJA NASIR ASKS GOVERNMENT TO RESCUE SHIA ZAIREEN AT TAFTAN BORDER

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has demanded of the federal government and Balochistan government to rescue the Shia Muslim pilgrims who are stuck at Taftan border town on return from Karbala pilgrimage.
He lamented that humanitarian crisis was being reported from Taftan border town due to lack of medical facilities. He said no remedial steps have been taken so far to facilitate Shia pilgrims in Taftan. He said that minister of state for interior visited Taftan but people wants follow up actions.
He said that women, children and elderly Zaireen were waiting for government’s assistance. He warned that epidemics could break out if government fails to take practical measures to help them.
