During his tour of Mashhad, the speaker of Afghan Senate, Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, paid a visit to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): During his tour of Mashhad, the speaker of Afghan Senate, Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, paid a visit to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
“The love for the pilgrimage of Imam Reza (AS) is not limited to Shia Muslims and many Sunni Muslims are his lovers and devotees as well” he said.
He stated that visiting the Eighth Imam’s holy shrine was an honor as a Sunni Muslim and the officials of Astan Quds Razavi, the body in charge of the holy shrine, have been warmly welcoming.
“The lifestyle of Imam Reza (AS) and other Imams is a very precious model for all Muslims and it is essential to follow it. The position of this magnanimous Imam is very elevated,” he noted.
At the end, Muslimyar thanked God the Almighty for the chance to attend the holy shrine saying, “I will pray abundantly for the Muslims of the world and the people of my country.”
