MWM ASKS OPPOSITION PARTIES TO PRESSURE GOVT TO REVERSE INCREASE IN FUEL PRICES

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has urged the Opposition parties to exert pressure on the PMLN government for withdrawal of increase in the prices of petroleum products.
He lambasted the government saying that on the very first day of new year, the PMLN government announced increase in the petroleum products’ prices that showed how much they take downtrodden people of Pakistan for granted. He said that the hike in prices of petroleum products engender rise in the prices of almost everything due to increase in transportation of essential commodities.
He said that it would also cause hike in cost of living of people of Pakistan who are already suffering due to deteriorating economic conditions. .
